Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

 

1981-Present:     Seminar/workshop facilitator and instructor of various continuing education programs to psychologists, psychiatrists and other mental health  professionals for 29 different accredited continuing education (CE) providers approved by  the American Psychological Association and various other mental health CE accrediting organizations. Teach CE programs with emphasis on various applications of the techniques of cognitive behavioral therapy and treatment for marital/ couples and relationship issues.

 

1993-2000:         Adjunct Professor – Union Institute Graduate School:  Supervisor of Doctoral Students.

 

1993-1994:         Adjunct Professor – Chestnut Hill College, Graduate Division:  Counseling Techniques.

 

1989-1998:         Adjunct Professor-  University Pennsylvania, served on Doctoral Committees.

 

1981-1993:         Director,Philadelphia Institute for Rational Emotive Therapy.  Taught and Supervised Primary and Advanced  Certificate Candidates in Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) for professionals.
